What is a Tunnel To Towers Run & Walk?
The Tunnel to Towers Run & Walk Series was created to honor the heroic life and death of Stephen Siller, a New York City firefighter (FDNY) who lost his life on September 11, 2001 after strapping on his gear and running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the Twin Towers.

This event, now in its 7th year attracts hundreds of local first responders and military service members. In 2013, Orlando was one of only 9 "Tunnel to Towers" events across the country, with just over 300 participants. At this year’s 2019 event we will celebrate with over 1,000 participants. We could not have had the success without YOUR support. "Thank You" to our valued sponsors, participants and community minded partners. This year, nationally "Tunnel to Towers" will host close to 70 events to include 5K's and Tower Climbs.
